KING’S INDEPENDENCE DAY SPEECH: https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=1071.0

ZIU UPDATE:
There were no bills on the November Clark.
The December Clark passed the “Compromise on the Compromise” bill, with the necessary 2/3 of the Cosa, which would require the King of Talossa to be chosen by a National Convocation every 7 years. This bill was vetoed by King John. https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=848.0
The January Clark passed two small Organic Law amendments, removing the Seneschál’s right to “fast-track” bills onto the Clark, and making the Túischac’h (Speaker of the Cosa) a position enshrined in the Organic Law. https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=1061.msg8762#msg8762
Bills currently under discussion in the Hopper would allow the Secretary of State to give seats in the Cosa to new citizens between elections (https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=1095.0); and abolish the Interior Ministry, splitting its duties between Culture, STUFF and a revived Immigration Ministry.
